Our Ingredients

We focus on what's inside. Every dessert we bake starts with one question: would you recognize every ingredient on the list? If the answer is no, it doesn't go in.

What we use: real butter, farm eggs, unprocessed flours like almond and oat, pure maple syrup, raw honey, coconut sugar, fresh and dried fruit, real vanilla, true cinnamon, and dark chocolate.

What we never use: artificial food dyes (like Red 40 or Yellow 5), artificial flavorings, preservatives, or highly processed sugar. We don't add extra sugar to cover artificial taste, because there's no artificial taste to cover.

Less sugar, by design. Our recipes are developed by a trained pastry chef to use meaningfully less sugar than conventional desserts, sweetened with maple syrup, honey, and fruit. The brownie still tastes like a brownie. That's the point.

Why it matters: when you know what's in your food, you can enjoy it fully. That's what guilt free really means. Not a diet. Not a restriction. Just desserts brought back to what they were meant to be: simple, real, balanced.
